Alan Goodman is a Milwaukee-based entrepreneur, speaker, and operational excellence strategist whose career spans Fortune 500 boardrooms, entrepreneurial ventures, and transformational consulting engagements serving organizations from small businesses to institutions like the Milwaukee Bucks, the NFL, Marquette University, and Chick-fil-A.


As a GE-certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and graduate of the Jack Welch Leadership Institute at Crotonville, Alan brings an elite operational framework to every engagement.
